International Shipping FAQ

Here you will find answers to the three questions that most often come up when ordering from outside Germany.

Shipping to the USA

Will I have to pay import duties when my parcel arrives?

No. Orders to the USA are shipped DDP – Delivery Duty Paid. I pay import duties and customs charges in advance, so you will not receive an additional customs bill when your parcel arrives.

I collect several parcels and send them together to my shipping provider. This may add a few days before your parcel is processed and handed over to USPS. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping to the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man

Can I order directly through this shop?

That depends on the total order value.

For orders below £135 – approximately €165 – please purchase through my Etsy shop. Etsy collects and remits the required UK VAT.

If the jewelry or glass beads you would like to purchase are not currently listed on Etsy, please contact me. I will create the corresponding Etsy listing for you.

Orders with a total value above £135 can be placed directly through this online shop. VAT, customs duties or handling fees may be charged upon import and must be paid by the buyer.

Orders to Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey can be placed directly through this shop.

Shipping to EU Countries

Can I order from another EU country?

Due to the different packaging and registration requirements within the European Union, orders from other EU countries cannot currently be placed through my online shop as standard.

Please contact me before purchasing. I will check whether shipping to your country is possible.
