Handmade Enamel Components for Earrings – Copper & Glass
Copper and Glass Enamel Components for Your Earring Designs
I make these enamel components in my studio, enameling the copper directly in the torch flame and decorating it with Murano glass. The pieces are matched into pairs. Combine them with lampwork beads, seed beads, gemstones, or metal components to make your own earrings.
How to Choose Your Pair
Start with a color group: Warm, Cool, Neutral, or Multicolor. You can also choose from price groups of €10, €15, €20, and €25, plus a Special Edition. Open a grouped listing and select your pair from the available options. I keep adding to this collection, so check back for new pieces.

How My Enamel Components Began
I wanted to make larger earrings that would work with my lampwork beads. Components made entirely of glass were often too heavy for the designs I had in mind. That led me to develop my own technique using copper, enamel, and glass.
I enamel each copper blank in several stages directly in the torch flame, then decorate the front with Murano glass. I match the finished components into pairs. Small differences in color and surface are part of making them by hand.
Questions About Choosing and Using Your Components
How can I combine enamel with other materials?
Pick up a color with small glass beads, add seed beads, or attach the components directly to ear wires. You can find beads in my glass beads and components collection.
What should I check before ordering?
Check the dimensions, quantity, and selected option in the individual listing. Ear wires are not automatically included with loose components.
Can I order my pair as finished earrings?
Add the silver-tone stainless steel ear wire upgrade and I will assemble your selected pair for you. Order the enamel components and one upgrade per pair together. This simple assembly does not include extra beads or decorative elements.
Can I learn your enameling technique?
If you already work confidently with glass and a torch, my German-language tutorial Re-Inventing Torch Enameling – Eclectic Torch Paintings explains my process. It is intended for experienced lampworkers.
